White Fox Talking & Audyssey AVE
Coming from a mental health aspect, we were very interested to discuss the potential applications for AVE (Audio Visual Entrainment) with Gavin Lawson of Audyssey AVE, at the feel good studio Leeds.
What followed can only be described as mind-expanding.
Over a series of 3 sessions with the Roxiva RX1 and music created by Gavin Lawson, we all felt a wave of deep relaxation as our minds produced ever-changing waves of geomorphic patterns and shapes. Whilst the strobe did its thing in front of our faces, what was going on in our minds was another story, and that story was individual to ourselves.
Gavin went on to speak to us about his own journey to working with AVE, the ongoing studies into how it works and the future possibilities.
We are delighted to have made this podcast and vlog at such an exciting time for AVE and its future helping to support the creative community.
